Behringer Harvard is a commercial real estate company investing in assets domestically and internationally. The company creates and manages strategic real estate fund opportunities across a wide spectrum of investment styles for retail investors, as well as domestic and international institutions, through its real estate investment trusts, partnerships, joint ventures, and proprietary program structures.

History

Headquartered in the Dallas Metroplex, Behringer Harvard evolved from two predecessor companies—Behringer Partners and Harvard Property Trust, Inc.—that began operations in 1989. Including predecessor organizations, our senior executives have managed more than 40 real estate enterprises.

The Behringer Harvard management team has extensive commercial real estate and investment experience in deal structure, finance, acquisition, management and disposition. The depth of knowledge gained through this experience has earned Behringer Harvard an outstanding reputation and positioned it as one of the nation’s fastest growing integrated commercial real estate companies.
